Infinite Campus has turned on a new feature that will identify passwords that might have been breached on other sites.
If you receive a notification in your Infinite Campus messages stating that "A data breach on a different app or site has exposed your password...", it does not mean your Infinite Campus account has been breached. It just means your password matches a password found in a global database of breached passwords from third-party systems who have had a data breach in the past. Out of an abundance of caution, if you get that message, we would suggest you not only change your password in Infinite Campus, but also anywhere else you have used the same password.
This is just a courtesy feature to help users keep their data safe across all sites and apps, due to the risks associated with the digital age in which we live.

If you child needs their Chromebook repaired, needs a new charger or has any other tech related issue, please have the student tell their teacher. Teachers will file tickets on behalf of your child and a member of the tech team will take care of the repair. If you child is young, you might also reach out to the teacher and ask them to file a ticket on your child's behalf to make sure the repairs are taken care of.
